The company did not have a single interface wherein all the relevant company information was available to all employees. As a result, the employees had to go to a number of places to access the complete information.

The Solution

Bluezone provided a centralized interface for publishing all the relevant content accessible to the employees based on their access levels.

The information was categorized according to the customer requirements and a content management system was provided to update the information. The contact details of the employees were uploaded in the system for employees to contact directly.

An announcement section was developed so that the company announcements can be done in a centralized manner.

Policy documents, common forms were uploaded in the system for Employee reference and use.
