The customer is a market leader in apparels and has over 1100 company operated stores across the country. Owing to their national presence, they have a large workforce spread across all their stores.

For any information exchange with the HR dept, the employees had to interact with someone from HR on a one on one basis. This resulted in constant delays and following up by the employees which caused a lot of dissatisfaction.

The customer wanted a single system integrated with their payroll process that the employees could use for their HR and Admin related functions.

The Solution

Bluezone successfully developed and implemented an Employee Self Service (ESS) module as per the customer’s requirements.

The ESS module covered the following workflow processes related to Admin and HR:

  • Leave and Attendance Management
  • Travel Request
  • Expense claim and reimbursements
  • Employee record management
  • Performance Appraisal Management System

Once the systems was implemented, it led to faster response times for employee queries and a smooth interface between HR and the employees, resulting in enhanced employee satisfaction.

Bluezone completed the entire project using state of the art technologies like MVC and Microsoft SQL server hosted on a Windows platform.
